According to the meeting minutes, Jung and Kwon (another manager) requested the advisory attorney, Mr. Kim, to establish a for-profit corporation. This fact was not disclosed to any other advisory committee members, including Lee Hyuk-jin (who also served as a manager), the accountant, or anyone else aside from Attorney Kim.
