This is not a personal project, nor is it a project of Yeollin Gonggam TV. As I have repeatedly stated, a separate legal entity will be established.

The true owners of the Citizen Portal are the citizens.
Telegram conversation between Jung and his manager
Aware of the risks of donating to a personal account, Korean-American community members asked what type of entity they were donating to. Manager Lee Hyuk-jin also questioned Jung, asking, “Are the donations currently being made to you personally?”
Jung responded that establishing a legal entity would take about 15 days. Although he initially claimed—on May 3 and 7 broadcasts—that he would create a nonprofit Citizen Portal, after consulting a lawyer on May 12, he added plans to also establish a for-profit corporation.
To ease concerns, Jung explained that the funds being collected in his personal account were jointly managed by accountants from Yeollin Gonggam TV in Korea and the U.S., using the organization’s credibility to justify personal collection.
