Key statements made by Jung Chunsu We at Yeollin Gonggam TV hope to serve as the driving force behind the Citizen Portal initiative. With the support of nearly 900,000 followers, we envision turning this dream into reality. Since such an initiative would be unthinkable under the Yoon administration , I have announced my decision to temporarily leave the country in order to pursue this project abroad. My plan is to first establish the platform overseas, hosting its servers in the United States and targeting a global audience. The goal is to build a metaverse-style portal that reflects Korean culture and appeals to the younger generation. I will meet with capital investors in North America, persuade them to support the cause, and secure seed funding to establish a nonprofit organization. Once the foundation is laid and we gain traction, we will present proposals to global companies and build a sustainable advertising revenue model. After developing detailed strategies and setting medium- to long-term objectives, we plan to launch a national crowdfunding campaign in Korea. We plan to raise approximately 50 billion KRW, through which contributors will receive meaningful benefits in return. The Citizen Portal will empower individuals to create and customize their own personal portals, which will compete fairly for placement on the main page rankings. It will be a truly dynamic, metaverse-based civic platform—accessible to people of all ages, with intuitive UI, personalized avatars, and a vibrant, icon-driven interface.
During a broadcast from Sedona on May 7, he stated that the Citizen Portal would be a public-interest initiative owned by the citizens and operated through a nonprofit organization.
He outlined the mission of the 'Yellin Portal' project being pursued by Yeollin Gonggam TV and urged viewers to contribute to the effort of raising seed funding.
He further expressed his willingness to travel anywhere in the United States to provide in-person explanations, provided that at least ten people would attend.

This is not a personal project, nor is it a project of Yeollin Gonggam TV.
As I have repeatedly stated, a separate legal entity will be established.
That entity will be a public-interest nonprofit organization."
Deceptive Claims Made by Jung Chunsu
Jung Chunsu claimed that Yeollin Gonggam TV would become the central driving force behind the Citizen Portal.
→ This led Korean-American communities to believe that Yeollin Gonggam TV was officially launching and managing the Citizen Portal project.
He stated that he would establish a nonprofit organization,
→ However, in reality, he only created a for-profit corporation with himself as CEO.
There was no prior legal review conducted on whether a nonprofit could legally operate the Citizen Portal.
→ Jung demonstrated a lack of understanding regarding the establishment and operation of nonprofit organizations in the U.S.
Despite referring to the initiative as a nonprofit, he discussed financial returns with potential investors, which contradicts the legal nature of a public-interest nonprofit.
No feasibility study was conducted for doing business in the U.S.
→ All technical and operational plans were based solely on Jung’s personal assumptions, lacking any grounding in reality.
→ There was no benchmarking or research process involved.
Based on this unrealistic and legally unverified plan, Jung opened a personal bank account to begin fundraising from the Korean-American community, thereby deceiving donors from the outset.
